Our dedicated National Planning and Approvals Division in conjunction with our internal structural/civil designers, collaborating consultants and external Private Certifying Authority/Building Surveyor partners are the “one-stop” shop for planning advice, submissions and approvals.
In combination with our internal drafting, civil and structural engineering capacity, we engage, manage and collaborate with our partnering specialist services, disciplines and consultants to finalize and streamline the required submission deliverables and approval process.

We offer the following national planning and approval services:
NSW
- Complete all necessary designs, submissions and referrals in obtaining Complying Development Certificate (CDC) and/or Development Application (DA) in view of receiving a Construction Certificate (CC) subject to permissible planning as per 10.7 Planning Certificate, applicable Council or Private Certifying Authority (PCA) advice.
ACT
- Complete all necessary designs, submissions and referrals in obtaining Development Approval (DA) in view of receiving a Building Approval (BA).
- Approval and necessary planning instruments to be confirmed by seeking advice from Local Council or Building Surveyor (BS).
Building Works carried out on Class 2, 3 and 9c Buildings
- In accordance with the Design and Building Practitioners Act 2020 and Regulations 2021, all building works on Class 2, 3 and 9C that are outside of Exempt Development Works are to be completed by registered Design and Building Practitioners and lodged on the NSW Planning Portal.
- Silver Wolf Projects as a registered Design Practitioners & Professional Engineers, can provide all necessary Civil and Structural designs, plans and specifications including Regulated Design Certificates in accordance with Building Code of Australia [National Code of Construction] and relevant Australian Standards.
- Silver Wolf Projects as a registered Principal Design Practitioner, can facilitate, manage all other disciplines/experts such as fire engineering, geotechnical, mechanical, acoustic, hydraulic in engaging and managing designs to receive Regulated Design Certificates in accordance with Building Code of Australia [National Code of Construction] and relevant Australian Standards.
VIC
- Initial planning review through the provisions of either VicSmart or Planning Permit (PP) in view of receiving a Building Permit (BP).
- Approval and necessary planning instruments to be confirmed by seeking advice from Local Council or Building Surveyor (BS).
TAS
- Conduct initial investigation if proposed building works can be completed under Exempt Works.
- Complete all necessary designs, submissions and referrals in obtaining Planning Permit (PP) in view of receiving a Building Permit (BP).
- Approval and necessary planning instruments to be confirmed by seeking advice from Local Council or Building Surveyor (BS).
QLD
- Conduct initial investigation if proposed building works can be completed as Accepted Development (AD).
- Complete all necessary designs, submissions and referrals in obtaining Development Approval (DA) in view of receiving a Building Approval (BA).
- Approval and necessary planning instruments to be confirmed by seeking advice from Local Council or Building Certifier (BC).
WA
- Complete all necessary designs, submissions and referrals of either Building approval certificate (BAC) or Planning Permit (PP) in view of receiving a Building Permit (BP).
- Approval and necessary planning instruments to be confirmed by seeking advice from Local Council or Building Surveyor (BS).
